This is a very nice picture because of the landscape and my happy face for having arrived to that place, however, there is a stormy story before arriving there.
We were on our first vacation with my boyfriend in the south of Chile, we wanted to know Hornopiren which was three hours from Puerto Montt, we arrived and it was a very small and beautiful town where three thousand people lived, we wanted to get to a waterfall of Rio Blanco that was nearby, however we did not know the way, there were no buses and even less cabs, We searched until we found a gentleman who took us there, he told us that we should look for the gentleman who opened the gate that led to the road and left us there, we called the gentleman but he did not come out, almost an hour had passed, we could not go another day because the next day we had the plane back and the bus to Puerto Montt only passed once a day, The road back was full of ice and we had no signal, we tried to enter the enclosure by the river, we advanced about 100 meters slipping on rocks with ice and with many bumps, it was very difficult and dangerous, so we gave up, then we wanted to go through the fence but there were bulls, we did not know what to do and it was very sad, as it was the only opportunity to know the waterfall, finally we decided to walk back when a couple arrived with a man from Conaf, the man from Conaf opened the gate breaking it because the manager was in another city, and finally we could climb the two couples and the man, we walked 3 hours to get there but it was all worth it, my shoes were muddy because it was winter but the view was wonderful <3
